TUP Terminal ("TUP", "we", "us") runs anony.store — instant game top-ups, gift cards and PC game keys for The Gambia. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. It applies to the website and the Android app equally — the app is the same site running in a native shell, not a separate product with separate data handling.
What we collect
Account info: name, email, phone number, and a hashed password (we never store your actual password).
Order & wallet activity: what you've bought, wallet balance, deposit and withdrawal history — kept so your dashboard, order history, and support requests work.
Deposit matching: the phone number you tell us you're paying FROM, and Wave's payment notifications (amount and sender number), so your deposit can be matched and credited automatically. We never see your Wave PIN, password, or full Wave account.
Push notification subscription: if you enable notifications, your browser/device registers a subscription (an endpoint URL and encryption keys) with us so we can deliver "deposit approved" / "order delivered" alerts. This identifies your browser or device, not you personally, and contains no message content until we send one.
WhatsApp/Telegram messages: if you contact support or use the WhatsApp ordering bot, we keep enough of that conversation to resolve your request and prevent abuse.
What we don't collect
We never ask for or store your Wave PIN, banking passwords, or payment card numbers. We don't track you across other websites, sell your data, or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Only who's needed to actually deliver your order: our game top-up supplier (to fulfil the purchase itself), Wave (to process your deposit — we never see your Wave credentials, only payment notifications), and our own WhatsApp/Telegram bots (to send you order/deposit updates, if you've opted in). None of them get more than the specific transaction requires.
Notifications
Push notifications are opt-in — nothing is sent unless you tap "Enable" when prompted, or your browser already granted permission. You can revoke it anytime in your browser or Android notification settings; we automatically stop trying to reach a device the moment it tells us the subscription is gone. Marketing/promo notifications only go to users who haven't opted out — deposit and order notifications are transactional and follow the account itself.
Your data, your control
Message us on WhatsApp or email to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your personal info; order records tied to real money are kept as long as we're legally required to for accounting purposes, with personal identifiers removed where possible.
Security
Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to what's needed to run the platform.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know via the site or a notification.
